dxpert.ai is operated by an independent Canadian company headquartered in downtown Montréal, Québec, Canada. We are vendor-neutral: we do not sell, resell, or take commission on any industrial platform, broker, or historian.

Informational, preliminary scope. The free online tools — the chat preview, the readiness diagnostic, the validators, and the UNS Generator design step — provide preliminary, self-reported or automated reads. They are decision-support, not professional advice, and every output says so. Binding recommendations come only from a scoped, paid engagement under its own contract.
No warranty. The site and free tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, dxpert.ai is not liable for decisions made, or losses incurred, based on free online outputs.
Fair use of the tools. The free tools are for evaluating your own artifacts and namespaces. Don't scrape, resell, or misrepresent their outputs as a certified audit.
Paid services. Paid exports, subscriptions, and engagements are governed by the order form or agreement under which they're purchased; those terms prevail over this page.
All prices are quoted and billed in US dollars (USD).
Each paid subscription includes a monthly usage allowance, measured by tokens and/or requests. Usage beyond that allowance is gated with a hard stop; additional non-recurring usage blocks may be purchased when available. These limits help ensure fair use. The exact allowance for each product is shown on its product page.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal; it does not immediately revoke access. Access continues through the end of the billing period already paid, then ends. One-time purchases, such as a roadmap, are delivered as described and do not renew.
Browser tools stay in your browser. The validators, the UNS Generator design step, and the diagnostic run entirely client-side. What you paste or answer there is processed on your machine and never transmitted to us.
Email you send us. If you email sales, support, or careers addresses (directly or via a form on this site, which opens your own email client), we use your message and address to respond and for no other purpose. We do not sell or rent contact information.
Accounts and API. When accounts and authenticated API tiers open, their data handling will be described here before launch. Diagnostic and chat inputs are not used to train models.
Analytics. If we add website analytics, we will use privacy-respecting, cookie-light tooling and disclose it on this page.
